Self~Love Journaling Workshop

Journaling is such a powerful way of connecting with yourself, giving yourself therapy & shifting your limiting beliefs.

We'll begin with a guided meditation to centre yourself, I'll talk about self~love & how journaling can help you improve your self~worth, then we'll work through a series of writing practices that explore your self-love & how you can change your mindset to allow for higher self-worth, there'll be time for sharing any thoughts and feelings that may have come to the surface, and we'll end with a closing meditation.

Full Moon Manifestation Circle

Full Moon Manifestation Rituals are a great way of getting clear on what you want & what you want to call into your life.

We'll begin with a guided meditation to centre yourself, I'll talk about what this full moon represents and how it may affect you, we'll practice a short writing exercise to release what we want to let go of and invite what we want to call in, there'll be time for sharing any thoughts and feelings that may have come to the surface, and we'll end with a closing meditation

Each week we'll read a chapter then come together as a group to discuss it and you can ask me any questions you have about what we've been reading. We'll also practice one of the suggested exercises from the book ~ meditation, gratitude, or journaling.
