Vision boards

Vision boards make me soooo happy!

I’ve been making these babies for a long time, so I have a process that works for me, a process I know and love. I get a cheap Ikea frame, and use the back board as my canvas to stick pictures and quotes on, which I’ve usually ripped from psychologies magazine (my favourite).

It’s all about listening to your intuition, as usual, allowing yourself to be drawn to particular things that inspire you, that evoke a positive emotion, that will catch your eye and make you smile. The key to Manifesting what you want, working with the Law Of Attraction, is emotion. It’s not just deciding and declaring what you want. It’s deciding and declaring how you want to feel.
